Days Like That vs. Local Action

Tonight in Brixton and FREE before 11pm

It's the weekend and two of our favourite 2-step/garage/bass nights are swinging the beats into action at Plan B in Brixton tonight, 24th September.

Days Like That have teamed up with Local Action for a feast of talent old and new.

Representing Days Like That is garage legend Noodles, one half of Groove Chronicles with El-B. If you need further proof of his credentials then check his cheap as chips essential old school mix to head back to the '90s.

He's joined by Days Like That resident and Yosh! Records boss DJ Para, who was part of the Mariah Carey remixing DEA project back in the days (like that). Check his hot new promo mix here.

Stepping up for Local Action is newbie star Deadboy, whose ‘If U Want Me’ was a ubiquitous smash on Glasgow's massive Numbers label earlier in the year.

He's joined by Rinse FM's Funkystepz, dropping the freshest UK fuuuunky, and Fist-T making his DJ debut after producing the bomb that was ‘Night Hunter’.

And filling in the gaps are residents Tom Lea (Local Action) and MJE (Days like That), who will be playing the best in garage, house, dubstep and everything else in between.
