Sven Vath set to headline Vision Festival 2011

This August, the 14^th edition of Vision Festival invites dance music fans up the Swiss mountains to endure a line-up that does much to be acclaimed as one of the best festivals in the closing summer of 2011. 

Veteran DJ Sven Vath has been a resident at Vision festival since 1991 and if his previous blow-away sets at the festival are anything to go by, his appearance at the 2011 festival will do much to excite. Sven Vath will also be celebrating his 30^th year as a DJ, sure to add extra sparkle to an already anticipated event. Accompanying him will be the likes of Luciana and Marco Carola to be played alongside Monika Kruse, Mathias Kaden and Karotte plus many more. 

Requiring stamina of a high order from dance fans, the festival will see ongoing parties on three floors, one open air floor and two circuit tents that stretches from Saturday August 20^th at 2pm to Sunday August 21^st at 2pm. Set in the beautiful Swiss mountains of Irswil next to Lake Thun, the location is set 1000 meters above sea level that provides attendants with an environmental experience described by magazine The Groove as “A picture book panorama between impressive rock landscapes, turquoise blue shimmering lakes and deep green alpine pastures”.
