Win tickets for Ovum at Electric Brixton

Few labels are held with such high esteem as Josh Wink’s Ovum Recordings. A regular go-to place for any house or techno DJ worth his or her salt, dancefloors have continued to be a better place thanks to this 18-year-old stalwart, with high-end cuts coming from (most notably) Manik, Gregor Thresher, Vaggio and Mark Romboy vs Kink over the past 12 months alone.
So, as with all salient tastemakers, it takes a promotion team at the top of its game to take charge of the very rare occasions said bastion comes to town. Step up, then, London Warehouse Events, who will oversee the Ovum takeover of Electric Brixton on Saturday 16th June. Nine months after its £1m facelift, the venue previously known as the Brixton Fridge will witness an onslaught of the label’s debonair deep house and techno this month, courtesy of bossman Josh Wink, Martin Buttrich and Gregor Thresher. But where to find it? Try somewhere Ovum the river...
