Arca release 'Stretch 2'

Following the woozy beats of 'Stretch 1' (check the freaky video to 'Ass Swung Low' below), New York's Arca release 'Stretch 2' out August 6 on UNO NYC, home to CFCF, Jaques Greene and Mykki Blanco. Nine tracks of blunted beats, it's a monochromatic ride to the dark side of the moon which lands there and doesn't return.
 
Fittingly then, they've recently been involved with Shayne and the NYC ball Ghe20 G0th1k, as well as producing Mykki Blanco's 'Join My Militia' and cranking out beats for Spank Rock.
 
Catch Arca performing this year at MoMA PS1 on July 7 for the Warm Up 2012 opening, where they'll be performing alongside Nguzunguzu, Light Asylum and Todd Terry.
