Meganite returns to Privilege.

Meganite, the techno night headed by Italian superstar DJ Mauro Picotto, will be returning to Privilege every Wednesday for Ibiza's clubbing season 2005.

Last year was Meganite's first outing on the island, and was a huge success. Mauro's team transformed the cavernous Privilege into an intimate space, something that was necessary if the club was to achieve the right atmosphere.

One of the main aims of Meganite is to attract a pan-European crowd. "It's crucial that we attract the Spanish clubbers," says Mauro. "Last year, not only did we have great support from them, but the night was really popular with lots of different nationalities on the island - from the Belgians to the Germans, the British and, of course, the Italians."

Chris Liebing is still resident alongside Mauro, and joining him throughout the season will be a plethora of guest techno DJs including Misstress Barbara, Fergie, Adam Beyer and Marco Carola.

This year there will be pre-parties for Meganite in San Antonio, at both Kanya and Itaca.
