DJ Mag at Notting Hill Carnival

Sancho Panza, the soundsystem presided over by Matt Brown and Jimmy K Tel, is a staple of carnival each year - having gone on to provide the soundtrack to numerous warehouse parties, boat parties and compilation CDs.

With a towering Funktion One soundsystem pumping out sunny house and disco to the jam-packed crowd that gathers on Middle Row (if you've never been, get there early before the police make you queue), it's been a personal highlight since our earliest carnival going days and attracts a host of big name guests. While this is kept secret until the bank holiday weekend, when the carnage runs from midday till 7pm on Sunday and Monday (26 -27^th August), we've had a peek and this year is as strong as ever. Pete Herbert, Crazy P Soundsystem, Horse Meat Disco and Craig Richards are to make appearances and, in a dream-come-true scenario, Adam & Joe (DJ Mag) will be joining them for an hour of early afternoon euphoria from 1.30pm on Monday.
