Part of the San Fransisco-based dirtybird records crew, and founders of their own Pets Recordings, Polish duo Catz 'n Dogz have been making steady headway up the ranks of house and techno over the past few years.
 
Not that the Berlin-based pairing of Greg and Voitek limit themselves to four to the floor – check out their wide-reaching DJ sets and you might find them drop anything from Adamski to Joy Orbison. If you need a place to start, check out 'Body Language Vol. 12', released on Get Physical next week, on which the pair dig deep into their record collection mixing obscure classics such as Laverne Raddix's 'Dick Control' with unreleased gems like Pezzner's remix of Justin Martin's 'Molokini'.
 
Highlighting their own extensive back catalogue, plus tracks off their label - which has hosted artists such as Eats Everything, J-Phlip and Glimpse - they're bringing their ever evolving sound to the US, Canada and Mexico throughout the rest of September and the start of October. If you like what you hear, then even better news is on the way with a third album also due for early 2013 on dirtybird.
