What are you wearing right now?

“I’m wearing burgundy colour skinny jeans from Top Shop and a top that says ‘Soldier’ that’s by Illustrated People — and that’s it. I’m at home going through music. Tonight I’m DJing at The Box, so I’m working out what I’m doing for that"

What’s your favourite boutique or store?

“I don’t really shop, I just get sent stuff. I like Top Shop, River Island, All Saints and I tend to go online for that. If I do have to go once in a while, I’ll go to Carnaby Street or Westfields or somewhere like that.”

How would you describe your style?

“Very urban. For a while I was in the rock chick thing and there was one point when I was really into All Saints and that kind of stuff, then over the summer I changed. I get bored quite easily. But because I DJ every single day, I can’t do the dressing up thing every day. So I like skinny jeans, t-shirt and jewellery to jazz it up. I love Converse and I have this girl, Jessica Hannan, she’s a stylist that customizes them for me.”

Who is your favourite designer or label?

“Honestly, it’s what I’m wearing at the moment, Illustrated People. It’s so simple, and I think it’s an independent company. They do simple jumpers and simple tops. I don’t really know much about them, I just get sent stuff from them. I think you can get their stuff in Top Shop as well. I always find it hard to find jeans in my size. I like cutting up stuff as well.”

What’s your most treasured possession?

“I was given quite a few limited edition Puma trainers a while ago and one of them were the YO MTV Rap’s ones. They look completely ridiculous but I love them because I’m a fan of hip-hop. I haven’t really worn them out yet because they’re too cool. Unless if they can give me another pair!”

What do you want for Christmas?

“I want the ring that Jay-Z wears, the one with the panther on it, who’s it by? Cartier? It’s made of gold and he wore it on the recent tour with Kanye West, and I saw it and I thought ‘I want that ring!’ I think it’s about £10,000.”

What have you got in the pipeline?

“I’m going on tour in the States doing Miami, Vegas, New York and Atlanta — Coachella as well. Apart from that, working on music and DJing. I’m DJing for Angel Hayes, and I’ve got my residency at The Box in London.”
