INCOMING BRISTOL: ARC FESTIVAL

A fresh one day festival hitting Eastville Park, Bristol in April.

Introducing Arc; an avant-garde, fresh faced festival with a vision to unify and unite those with an infallible thirst for cutting-edge electronica.

The nouse behind it? An outcry for a UK based festival marrying ‘top draw’ experimental audiovisual luminaries. The ambitious RFID dome acknowledged the call and as veterans in this domain, naturally snapped up the opportunity to partner up with Hypercolour & Applepips; to make the magic happen.

This summer sees Bristol give birth to the first of it’s kind, more specifically at Eastville park on April 27th. If your prone to seeking refuge amongst assimilating futuristic 3D shapes and intertwining auras with complete strangers lapping up the blissful energies around, then it’s in your best interest to read on.

For one day only you’ll be able to feast your eyes and ears on exhibitionists such as: Atoms for Peace’s ‘Tarik Barri’, full AV shows from underground superstars like Warp’s ‘Clark’. As well as a whole host of leading projection mappers, VJ’s and visual artists curated by digital experience agency Luma.

The visual element will be soundtracked by a solid mix of experimental electronic music artists like The Black Dog (Live), James Holden, Skudge (Live), Livity Sound (Live), Will Saul’s new AV live project: Close and a hand-picked selection from the Hypercolour and Apple Pips stables, amongst many others.
