After Disco Biscuit's debut residents only party, held early last year in an old office block behind a mosque in East London, went on until 6 the next evening they realised they were onto a good thing.
Since then they've raved in the basement of an old Jamaican restaurant, where Toby Tobias joined the dots from disco to house music, and stuck their toes into the waters of the main Dalston strip for a Christmas soiree that featured the Society DJs jamming out '80s freestyle. Unfortunately, nobody remembered The Revenge's re-edit of 'The Snowman'.
For their inaugural party of 2013, held at the late night Bar 512 on Kingsland Road, Dalston, they've recruited the excellent Capracara to take over the controls.
With an impressive record collection aided by having worked for Soul Jazz and Warp, superb releases for the likes of New York's DFA and the UK's Unknown to the Unknown, and plenty more music on the way, he's done the exclusive mix below to get the biscuit rolling.
