With the sad news that Sankeys Manchester is to close its doors indefinitely this month, the club's resident nights started gearing up for what could be the last sitting at probably the north's most heritable club.

One event that, as the name suggests, has consistently pushed the limits of its famous Phazon soundsystem with excellent house and techno each month is Continue. This weekend sees Sankeys close its doors before its sets it sights entirely on its Ibiza wing. Two afternoon parties – one with Sasha, the other a Hacienda Closing Party with Todd Terry – an Apollonia Showcase and Gareth Emery will help close the chapter on one of the UK's most beloved nightclubs.
