WHAT YOU WEARING: DAVOS

Exclusive wardrobe access

What are you wearing right now?

“Fred Perry trainers from the Fred Perry outlet, G-Star jeans from G23 in Harrogate and a Your Own (Y-O) shirt also from G23 in Harrogate. I stopped there on my way back from a gig as I heard the shop was brilliant and found this to be true.”

How would you describe your style, any inspirations?

“Understated really, no inspirations, I just wear what I like. My jacket could be expensive whilst my trainers might be falling apart as long as I’m comfortable I’m happy.”

Who is your favourite designer / label?

“Your Own (Y-O) is my favourite label because of the history and people behind it, unfortunately they don’t like to be name checked so leave it there . It’s not where you’re from it’s where you’re going is their strap line.”

What is your favourite boutique/store?

“My favourite store in the whole world is PRESENT in London village, they’re just the coolest fuckers on the planet and have a great history.”

What’s your essential fashion item to take to a festival?

“Wellies. Dry feet are essential for inner peace at a festival, along with a good waterproof hat and the usual fezzi survival kit. Not forgetting, in-case the sun comes out, a knotted handkerchief!”

What is your most treasured item?

“My current most treasured item is a trilby hat given to me by one of the Donnelly brothers from his vintage collection as a gift congratulating me for my recent success.”

What are you currently working on?

“I’ve just finished a collaboration with Shapeshifters, and a piano mash-up for Axwell. I’m working on some more material for my live set in which I’m hoping to incorporate a vocalist and other musicians. This summer I’ve a number of festival bookings, including The Masked Ball in Porthleven, The International Music Conference opening in Ibiza , Glastonbury, Bestival, Croatia Garden Festival and Festival Number 6, as well as club gigs around the country. I’m just going to put myself out there, perform to the best of my ability and hope the crowd gets a good buzz from it.”
