Focusrite's Liquid Mix has picked up an army of fans in the production world thanks to its impressive range of classic EQ and compression effects.
The chaps have been busy tweaking the OS and the new software release will be available for free to download early in April 2007 from focusrite.com, and delivers a number of improvements over the original software.
Liquid Mix v2.0 new features include an EQ side-chain on the compressor for de-essing and creative compression. For users struggling with buffer issues, it now offers variable buffer size as well as supporting large DAW buffer sizes.
