LISTEN: CELEBRATION OF CURATION 2013

Celebration of Curation 2013, from Mixcloud is a two week project to showcase the exciting sounds coming from key regions.

In their own words Mixcloud 'asked some of the biggest voices around to show us what their cities sounded like'. The result is a huge collection of mixes from across the globe.

Berlin is predictably techno influenced, with Paul Kalkbrenner, Moderat and Anja Schneider among those to submit mixes.

Elswhere, Tokyo is represented by former DMC champ DJ Kentaro, Richie Hawtin takes the controls in Canada, D'Julz & Miss Kittin throw it down for the Parisians, Tom Trago submits an Amsterdam mix and the UK is rightly recognised with a profile on bass-haven Bristol, where Waifs & Strays and Sam Binga showcase the sound of the West Country city.
