Fresh faced Cardiff duo Bodhi are spearheading a modern house movement in Wales with their slick production style and dancefloor friendly rhythms.
Sounding something like a super-charged Disclosure, the pairs latest offering ‘Imperfection EP’ is out now on Future Classic and is the best example yet of Bodhi’s ability to straddle the dancefloor and radio airwaves.
‘No More’ is the tougher, dance floor side of what the duo are about – all pumping kicks and rasping 909 hi hats along with an infectious synth line.
For us though – the real gem is ‘Imperfection’. A bumping bassline groove, catchy vocal, skippy percussion and flowing pads that wash over you throughout. A bonafide euphoric gem that has garnered almost 400,000 soundcloud plays!
Despite previous outings on Sinden’s label Grizzly, for us 'Imperfection’ will be looked back on as the watershed moment for the boys from Cardiff.
