EATS EVERYTHING TUCKS INTO BMC

Eats joins April’s Brighton Music Conference

Eats Everything has joined the line-up for the inaugural Brighton Music Conference (BMC) — set to be the UK’s answer to the Miami WMC. The Bristol-based DJ/producer, whose star has gone stellar since he scooped a couple of DJ Mag Best of British Awards over the past couple of years, will be one of the DJs interviewed live onstage at the Brighton event. Other DJs slated to do talks and Q&As at the BMC include Dave Clarke, Steve Mac and Orbital (tbc).

The two-day conference, taking place in the south coast city from 11th — 12th April, will feature over 50 music-focused panels and seminars. The event is backed by leading industry companies such as Beatport, Native Instruments, Pioneer, Ableton, Sennheiser, Mixcloud, PRS for Music, Funktion One, Point Blank, Spotify and DJ Magazine, and there will be speakers from most of those principal companies.

Panel topics include titles such as How To Set Up A Label, The Role of Radio and Is PR Worth It? and there will also be a discussion on the History of Electronic Music with DJ History’s Bill Brewster, Manchester Hacienda DJ Dave Haslam and Carl Loben from DJ Mag. More panels and speakers will be confirmed as the BMC date gets closer.

As well as the business and education daytime element, the BMC will also feature a number of events and club nights which we’ll unveil here in DJ Mag in the March issue.

Early bird tickets are now on sale for BMC.
