5 TRACKS TO GET YOU IN THE MOOD FOR MIAMI MUSIC WEEK

With Miller Genuine Draft

For 25 years, and the early days of the Winter Music Conference, Miami has been an important testing ground for new electronic music. The tracks that make an impact in Miami during Music Week inevitably go on to become the anthems that soundtrack the summer.

Here are 5 cuts that you are going to hear plenty of in Miami this month!

DEEP DISH 'QUINCY'
Deep Dish are back! The legendary progressive house duo Dubfire & Sharam will host their reunion show at Miami's Ice Palace on March 29th Their return single 'Quincy' was first aired on Pete Tong's Radio One show on Valentines Day. Expect this one to be hammered all conference!

MARTIN GARRIX & FIREBEATZ 'HELICOPTER'
17 year old EDM wunderkind Martin Garrix is making a substantial case against any 'one hit wonder' accusations. Here the current DJ Mag USA coverstar teams up with Firebeatz to show off his heavier side. With everyone from Pete Tong and David Guetta to Hardwell supporting, you will be hearing this everywhere from Ultra to South Beach...all week long!

TIGA & AUDION 'FEVER'
Just as one DJ supergroup reform (Deep Dish) another is beginning in earnest. Tiga & Audion created one of the tracks of 2013 with 'Lets Go Dancing' - a slick, loopy techno jam with that cheeky, frontal-lobe-penetrating vocal. Now they are back with the same formula, but on a darker techno cut that will keep the Miami afterhours crew screaming for more.

PAUL WOOLFORD 'UNTITLED (CALL OUT YOUR NAME)'
With 'Untitled' resurgent house and bass music icon Paul Woolford created a raw, underground, deep house killer that found its way into the boxes of DJs from across the house, techno and bass music scenes. The newly-added vocal may take away some of the raw intensity of the original, but it will simultaneously open it up to a whole new commercial audience – which can only be a good thing for lovers of 'proper' house music.

MIGUEL VERDOLVA 'O SUPERMAN'
Miguel Verdolva went where Booka Shade did once before in sampling Laurie Anderson's classic vocal and creating an anthem that works as well around a sun-kissed pool, as at lights-up in a dowtown rave. Slick, emotive and beautiful, 'O Superman' is released just in time for MMW's curtain raisers. Don't even think of leaving without it!
