HARDWELL TO HEADLINE MYSTERYLAND

World's No.1 to play world's longest-running dance festival

Hardwell, the number one DJ in the world, as voted for by DJ Mag readers at the end of 2013, is set to headline Mysteryland Holland on August 23rd.

The progressive and electro house megastar tops a roster that reads like a who's who of DJ talent.

Joining him on the bill are last issue's DJ Mag cover stars Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Dim Mak Records boss Steve Aoki, Dutch whizz kid Martin Garrix, Loco Dice, Rusko, Art Department, and twin powerhouse Nervo, to name but a few.

Head of Revealed Recordings, 26-year-old Hardwell took the No.1 spot in the DJ Mag Top 100 poll, after previously only ranking twice (at No.6 and No.24). The Dutchman was briefly mentored by DJ Chuckie in his teens, before being picked up by Tiësto in 2009 — they were both originally from the same Dutch town. From there, his only way has been up.

Launching in 1993, Mysteryland is the world's longest-running dance music festival. Its blend of music, art and culture have made it a favourite for dance music lovers all over the planet, with international editions popping up everywhere. This year even sees Mysteryland venture to the US for a party at the old Woodstock site.
