JD Twitch's label makes debut at Corsica Studios on 17th April
Releasing African inspired modern dance music, with the aim of raising money for African charities, Autonomous Africa is the brainchild of Optimo's JD Twitch.
The label makes its debut showcase at Corsica Studios, in London, on Thursday 17th April – with the venue also raising money for a charity of Twitch's choice.
But it's not just about a worthy cause with the line-up promising plenty of polyrymthic party thrills. Full detail are below, but highlights include Optimo (aka JD Twitch alongside partner Jonnie Wilkes), Midland, whose 'Checkbob' was a stand out on 'Autonomous Africa Volume 2', and Auntie Flo, whose Highlife party, radio show and label have also been unearthing deadly African dancefloor juju.
