Good times last night on the tour with Hardwell and Dyro!! Unbelievable reactions for the bus tour from the dancefloor, so amazing! Tonight’s show is set to be crazy, I think there are almost 5000 people attending!! Whilst on the bus we Googled the 'The Rave,' which is the name of the venue for tonight’s show. Apparently both the venue and the hotel we are at this evening are some of the most haunted places in world.... not too sure how well I will sleep tonight! That being said, we had a bit of a wild one last night. It was our first official after party so we’re all feeling a little jaded...Dyro slept for about 3 hours and was impossible to get out of bed this morning. Going to catch up on some shut eye on the bus before we arrive in Milwaukee!!
That has to be one of our best shows yet! It was amazing from start to finish. The warm up DJ kept it light playing some stripped back tech house tracks and you got a sense the crowd were gearing up for a big night. I was on next and gradually eased the crowd into the next part of the night picking up the tempo and playing some bigger tracks including my current release, Dear Life, which features vocals from Bright Lights, it was really cool to see the crowd bouncing from start to finish and singing along at every opportunity! Hardwell was up next and the party went to the next level, at times it felt like the whole venue was moving in unison to the beat. It was as intense as the recent I Am Hardwell shows and was incredible to see so many people absolutely love it. Hardwell's one of my oldest buddies but he still has the skills to impress me even after all this time!!
Dyro took to the decks afterwards and it’s amazing to see how far he has come as a DJ. Without doubt his best set to date. Such was his excitement he ended the show stage diving into the crowd, luckily he did such a good job because they caught him!! Finally we got back to the hotel for a much needed re-charge before heading to Lansing tomorrow... so far no ghosts!
