EXCLUSIVE STREAM: KLANGKUENSTLER

Berlin’s Sokool remixes KlangKuenstler ‘Man On The Moon’

Be sure to remember the name (never-mind trying to spell it), because producer-DJ, KlangKuenstler, is rapidly gaining reputation within his native, Germany. Not only of interest as a young producer, KlangKuenstler captivates his audience with his live-apparatus approach to performances as opposed to simple DJ sets.

Today we bring the young producer to the forefront with a reworked version of his track, ‘Man On The Moon’ (out July 14 on Rob Da Bank’s Sunday Best) The combination of EDM with the vocals of folk singer, Alice Phoebe Lou, make for creative a blend. The rework, crafted by Berlin duo, SoKool, brings a new lease of life to the track with a delayed climax, which creeps up on the attentive ear and sucks you in and then reunites you with the familiar tones of Lou’s voice. This is before you find your head bopping in tune with heavy basslines and ear tingling synths.

The 23-year-old German upstart, is scheduled to release his debut album in August via Sunday Best Records, but if you can’t wait that long, you can catch him touring across Europe this summer, tearing up stages at Habitat, Berlin Festival, and Global Gathering.

This is KlangKuenstler - ‘Man On The Moon’ (SoKool Remix); you could say the young musical maestro is out of this world.
