BUGGED OUT WEEKENDER ANNOUNCE FIRST ACTS

Legendary club-night turned festival celebrates its 20th anniversary

Few dance music outfits sport the notoriety and national significance of Bugged Out! Stemming from their humble Manchester club-night beginnings, the now iconic weekender will return for its fourth year at Butlins Bognor Regis to celebrate 20 years of the Bugged Out name.

The fourth installment of the festival is due to take place on January 16th, 17th and 18th, with the initial line-up boasting some classic Bugged Out favourites alongside a well-chosen selection of fresh talents. Yes, it seems odd talking about 2015 already, but some dance events really do have to work that far in advance.

Adored stalwart Erol Alkan (pictured above) will be leading the troop along with Âme, Daniel Avery, Dusky, Jonas Rathsman, Maya Jane Coles, Shadow Child and Jackmaster.

Deservedly, the weekender has become a dominant fixture for dance music fans old and new, given the heritage, history and sheer musical quality associated with the Bugged Out parties.

Their constantly impeccable choice of acts has drawn in eager fans since the very beginning and with last year’s festival hosting a special Chemical Brothers set and a mind-blowing live Disclosure performance, we’re expecting nothing less than brilliance from this year’s edition.

Organised by some of the most experienced event curators in the game, the weekender promises to be the perfect getaway from those mid-winter blues and will be showcasing a sublime selection of current talent, whilst reflecting a golden age when Bugged Out helped restore the UK's love of dance music.
