TOP 100 DJS THE BIG CONTENDERS

With Miller Genuine Draft

Today marks the start of the final week of voting in Top 100 DJs 2014. Over 750,000 of you have already had your say, and we are expecting thousands more votes in the next seven days. Dance music is in the middle of its biggest ever boom, with both the mainstream and underground scenes thriving across the planet, so how will this affect the 2014 rankings? Only you can decide who is voted No. 1, and if you haven’t already had your say - this is your time!

We’ve teamed up with Miller Genuine Draft to focus on a few of the big contenders for the coveted No.1 spot...

ARMIN VAN BUUREN
Armin has won the Top 100 DJs more than any other DJ - a record 5 times! In 2013 Hardwell knocked him off the No.1 spot and will aim to stay at the top, but many of you will remember the last time the trance icon slipped to No.2, he reclaimed his title the following year. Could it happen again?

HARDWELL
2013’s people’s champion has gone all out to win the vote again in 2014. Last year he celebrated his victory by jumping from a plane and parachuting onto a giant DJ Mag logo. What will he do if he makes it to No.1 in 2014?

CALVIN HARRIS
A recent article by Forbes suggested that Calvin Harris was dance music’s biggest earner, with his tracks dominating the pop charts and his live performances moving thousands every weekend. Can he transfer this into winning the public vote and returning the UK to the Top 100 DJs summit?

TIESTO
Tiesto is a man you can never rule out. Last year we awarded him with the Legend Award, for the greatest DJ of the last 20 years. But he is far from a heritage act, as his sell out shows across the globe demonstrate. Did he get your vote, and do you think he could usurp his protege Hardwell and reclaim the top spot in 2014?

MARTIN GARRIX
At 18 years of age Martin Garrix is nothing short of a sensation. This year he has silenced his critics with a string of follow ups to his No.1 single ‘Animals’ and cemented his status as one of EDM’s most exciting new talents. Could he rock the old guard and reach the top of the pile in 2014?

Would you vote for one of the DJs above? Or someone different? Have your say by voting here!
