Lost Village locks Four Tet, Mount Kimbie, Dixon, DJ Harvey, more

Not to mention music, art and surrealism...

Lost Village Festival has locked in Four Tet— responsible for one of the most collected techno releases of 2017, 'New Energy' (which featured DJ Mag's 15th top track of the year)— Mount Kimbie, Dixon, DJ Harvey, and more for its 2018 edition, which again looks to right the wrongs of cookie cutter weekenders by creating an alternate reality.

The first wave of names also includes Friendly Fires, Everything Everything, The Black Madonna, Ben UFO, Maribou State, Hunee, Goldie, Gerd Jansen, DJ Tennis, Helena Hauff, Mall Grab, Avalon Amerson, Ryan Elliott, Mella Dee, Or:la, Move D, Peggy Gou, and Palms Trax, to namecheck a mere handful.

Renowned for its artistic stylings and stunning rural location in deepest darkest Lincolnshire, UK, the event will run from 23rd-26th August 2018, and is the brainchild of Moda Black bossmen Jaymo and Andy George.

In addition to incredible house, techno, and wider electronic tones, attendees can look forward to first class food— whether they book in for a Tribal Banquet or not— learn new skills at workshops in Forgers Lane, and head for the Institute of Curious Minds to hear talks and debates.

Live theatre and secret areas are amongst the other immersive aspects waiting once you're through the gates. It's for these reasons, and more, Lost Village won Best Boutique Festival at DJ Mag's Best of British Awards 2017, beating stiff competition to claim the accolade. Full details of the fourth incarnation, and tickets, are here.
