Junglist’s new feelgood d&b single features Sweetie Irie
Towards the end of last year, DJ Mag was the co-sponsor of UK DJ/producer Benny Page’s launch party for ‘Champion Sound’ — his dancehall-tinged Carnival-tastic last single.
Now, continuing in the breakbeat/drum & bass style, Benny has just unleashed a new single onto the world.
The video to ‘Party With You’ starts with a youth on a high-rise balcony (see pic above) chilling before he heads out for the night. It features a bunch of guys heading out and about, largely involving doing stunts on increasingly large motorbikes. With some tasty horns and the sweet tones of Sweetie Irie, this is a feelgood party d&b track that’s gonna elevate Benny’s rep even further up the scale.
Benny started out on Shy FX’s acclaimed Digital Soundboy Records — releasing the wicked ‘Turn Down The Lights’ tune, amongst others — before launching his own imprint recently – High Culture Records.
