London producer Kiwi is on the up. Following his nomination at DJ Mag’s BOB awards late last year, the budding UK legend has continued to sizzle, touring the globe alongside Blasé Boys boss and long time buddy, Duke Dumont.
He captured attention in 2014 with his fidget-house-inspired club thumper ‘The Mara’, remixes of Few Nolder and Petite Meller, plus several duo EPs with his production pal and Anjuna alumni, Ashworth. 2015 is set to be even bigger for the Birmingham boy with the re-release of his first ever single and underground anthem ‘Llama’, on ubiquitous UK imprint, Defected Records.
DJ Mag has snapped up an exclusive stream of Kiwi’s remix of ‘Lightweight’ set to drop via Love & Other on 30th March. One of several high profile EPs for the imprint, Love & Other has played host to cuts from Glasgow Underground stars, Illyus and Barrientos and Spanish producer, Playless.
Jason Burns & Sarah Winters ‘Lightweight’ (Kiwi Remix) is out 30th March on Love & Other with additional remixes from Sandy Rivera, Faces and an acoustic version.
