BEAT HOTEL ANNOUNCE GLASTONBURY 2015 PLANS

Head down to the Beat Hotel for some Glastonbury Fun

Serving up nourishment for the ears and sustenance for the soul, Glastonbury’s Beat Hotel reveals its 2015 offerings. Kicking things off on Thursday 25th June, Running Back bossman Gerd Janson steps up for a special, 3-hour b2b with Robert Johnson’s el Capitan Ata. Before them, Ewan Pearson makes a rare UK festival appearance, alongside London’s Clancy, Hivern Discs’ Man Power and stalwart selectors Toby Tobias, Soft Rocks and Wild Geese.

Friday follows, with Mark E and Krankbrother checking-in, whilst Jackmaster goes head-to-head with Leon Vynehall before Erol Alkan closes proceedings, making a welcome return after playing the inaugural Beat Hotel back in 2011. George Fitzgerald, Maribou State, Pedestrian and Moxie all represent on Saturday, before Simian Mobile Disco play off with Bicep for an extended headline set.

Last but by no means least, Sunday welcomes Cologne imprint Kompakt for their UK Festival debut. Presenting a four-and-a-half hour showcase to close the weekend’s programme, label honcho Michael Mayer is joined by techno eccentric Barnt and Berlin-dwelling London export, Dauwd. Before them, Groove Armada dock in for an intimate DJ set, alongside festival faves The 2 Bears, edit maestro Greg Wilson and man of the moment Palms Trax.
