Four Tet has announced four shows for a fiver at Brixton Academy

Kieran Hebden is bringing his Brixton all-nighter back again!

Four Tet has announced a new string of his coveted headline nights at the O2 Academy Brixton.

Taking place in October, the iconic venue will see two live shows and two DJ all-nighters, with “crazy lineups sorted for all the nights,” he promises.

The revered UK producer – real name Kieran Hebden – made the announcement via social media, urging fans to register with Ticketmaster (which you can do here) in order to stop ticket touting, “because there is always madness with that”.

“These nights we do at Brixton are celebrations of the love and peace and joy of all experiencing the music together,” the veteran DJ continued on Twitter. “And without the show business and money and bullshit. A positive force against the racism and greed we are facing.”

“I went to events the Anti Nazi League put on in Brixton when I was a teenager and it was amazing and powerful," he added. "An inspiration to me and very much in my mind as I come back to Brixton in 2018.”

Hear, hear.

Register through Ticketmaster now - and remember there’s a four-ticket limit per person.

Earlier this year, Four Tet delivered a masterful and genre spanning BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, veering from Ben Klock to Britney Spears. Earlier this month, Massive Attack and Four Tet combined their production skills on Swedish legend Neneh Cherry’s latest release, ‘Kong’.

He also released a glorious remix of Bicep's 'Opal'.
