Not many clubs don't have a single roof but when the annual rainfall wouldn't fill a bucket there's not really a need. Blending Pacha's signature style with Eastern elegance, their Sharm El Sheikh outpost is one of their most spellbinding.

Unlike many Pacha venues, the encircling VIP areas refuse to intrude on a sunken, vibrant floor, which has rocked to Nick Warren, Hernan Cattaneo, Sebastian Ingrosso and David Guetta of late. It's also open 365 days a year.

"Considering Sharm is a huge tourist destination I was half expecting a cheesy crowd but I couldn't have been more wrong," explains Global Underground's Anil Chawla. "It was a total mixture of clued-up locals, Russians, Brits and Italians."
