Andy C continues to be one of leading ambassadors on the international drum & bass scene and remains as positive as ever about the future of the genre.
"I'm an eternal optimist," he explains, "and the truth is, I haven't had a bad gig this year. From 300-capacity clubs to playing the closing set after a rock band at a massive festival in Germany, everything has been amazing. Everywhere I go it seems as if the drum & bass scene is growing and growing.
"I feel massively optimistic going into 2008 and although there's been no major crossover success in this year, the scene is very healthy musically. Drum & bass is getting back to its roots."

Andy is also the head honcho of Ram Records, of course, who have had another great year with the release of 'Ram Records 15 x 15' celebrating 15 years of the label. A second instalment is also forthcoming along with 'Nightlife 4' and the debut artist album on Subfocus. The future's bright, the future's Ram!
