Dance rock outfit Bloc Party will play an exclusive gig at Fabric on Thursday 16 March.
The special gig has been organised by the London-based quartet to raise funds to help pay for the expensive treatment of a friend who is suffering from cancer.
All artists and DJs on the night are playing for free, including the in-demand Erol Alkan.
He said: "We want this to be a really special event, one that the people lucky enough to be there will talk about for a long time."
Tickets for the event are extremely limited and went on sale yesterday to members of the Bloc Party fan space, Marshals.
Only fifty tickets are available through Fabric's online membership club, Fabric First, and no ticets will be available on the night of the event.
