The fund is for "professional musicians who fall through the gaps of government support or are unable to make ends meet"
The fund provides grants of £5,000 to £30,000 to businesses and not-for-profit collectives working in the music industry
Depot and The Drumsheds were also unsuccessful in their applications
This latest wave of funding follows the sharing of £257 million between more than 1,300 organisations last week
Printworks, Egg, Studio 338, Oval Space and The Pickle Factory were denied financial assistance in the first wave of Arts Council grants
The DYCP grant budget has also increased to £18 million
The scheme begins on the 1st November for six months
Corsica Studios, Ministry of Sound, Soup Kitchen and The Glove That Fits are among the venues to receives portions of the grant
The fund will secure the future of over 100 venues nationwide
