Defected Croatia is back and bigger than ever in 2017, with yet more additions still being announced for the already jam-packed line-up!
Recruited for the fest in the latest wave are the masked magician Claptone, French duo Amine Edge & DANCE, disco dons Session Victim, Ninetoes, Folamour, Melvo Baptiste, Armless Kid, Aeroplane and Kiddy Smile.
Electric Zoo has revealed the first phase of its line-up, for the event that runs from Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd September at Randall’s Island Park in New York City.
Deadmau5 & Eric Prydz, DJ Snake and Above & Beyond all headline, and are joined by Sasha & Digweed, Danny Tenaglia, Paul Kalkbrenner, Oliver Heldens, Claptone and many more across the weekend.
Electric Zoo is also taking European promoters Elrow and Awakenings back to the festival this year.

The Ark cruise, which embarks on its maiden voyage on the Mediterranean Sea between Thursday 31st August and Sunday 3rd September, has announced its headliners to include Claptone, Masters At Work, KiNK and Martin Solveig, amongst others.
Also included as part of the headliners are Roger Sanchez, Patrick Topping, Sam Feldt, Dennis Ferrer and Stephan Bodzin, plus an undisclosed special guest hailing from the Cocoon imprint.
Additional artists include Gerd Janson, Amelie Lens, Darius Syrossian, Peggy Gou and many more.
Laroc Brazil is kicking off 2017 with a huge line-up of acts, announcing sets from Jonas Blue, Robin Schulz, James Zabiela and many more over the coming months.
Located in Valinhos, an hour away from Sao Paolo, Laroc Brazil opened to huge fanfare late last year, with Robin Schulz and Jonas Blue set to kick off Brazil's summer clubbing season tomorrow night.
From there, technical wizard James Zabiela plays on 28th January alongside Victor Ruiz and D-Edge bossman Renato Ratier, followed Kolombo and Claptone fly by on 25th February.
Assembling an all-star, all-encompassing crew of foremost figures in Asian and international dance music, TDME (Tokyo Dance Music Event) is set to kick off next weekend in the Japanese capital.
The final speakers have now been announced and include Nina Kraviz, Claptone and Umek, plus instruction from and interchange with Toolroom Records’ Academy and Ableton Meetup, plus a live show from Giorgio Moroder.
Claptone brings his The Masquerade event to Ibiza for the first time on Sunday 31st July, making the party’s debut on the White Isle at Amnesia.
And the Different Recordings’ artist is giving one lucky fan and a friend the chance to win flights, hotel and entry to the show this weekend.
The winner and their guest must be 18 or over, hold a full passport and be able to make their way to and from the airport.
Claptone has announced full details of his Golden Summer tour, which starts at Amnesia’s opening party on Saturday 28th May before coming full-circle at the Ibiza venue’s closing party on Tuesday 13th September.

Amnesia has announced that its opening party is now set to take place on Saturday 28th May, with the news dropping just days before it was originally set to take place this weekend (14th May).
Many people that had already booked their flights and accommodation to attend the originally planned date spoke out on social media at their frustration at the last minute change.

With some stellar artists signed for their summer showcase, Together will be taking over the main room and terrace at Amnesia, for 16 dates across the season with their partner, South West Four — a long-standing London dance festival.
The South African leg of the US EDM festival, which will be landing in Johannesburg and Cape Town shortly, has just added Fedde LeGrand and Claptone to its line-ups.
They’ll join fellow countrymen W&W as well as artists like Skrillex, Zedd and Tiësto, who top the bill, alongside acts including local hero Black Coffee, plus Dash Berlin, Galantis, The Martinez Brothers, Robin Schulz and Seth Troxler.
The four-day, two-city event this February is its third edition, and is set to welcome some of the biggest hitters in dance music right now.
