Deadmau5 has offered over 30 minutes of advice to upcoming producers, in a video recently uncovered from his live stream.
In the clip the Mau5trap boss, real name Joel Zimmerman, talks about how he started out in the industry and how, despite the proliferation of the internet since, he still feels “in person interaction” is key to new producers finding success. You can watch the full video below.

Now Deadmau5 has shared images and videos of the Mau5trap vs Pryda live show in a stream of Instagram posts, which include teasers of snares, “random goat” sounds, a “beer summon” button, a lot of lasers and more. You can see the stream of posts below.
Eric Prydz took to the road in America earlier this year with his ‘EPIC 4.0’ show, and invited cameras behind the scenes to see what it’s like to tour with one of the biggest artists in the world.
Featuring interviews with Prydz, as well as Zane Lowe and the ‘EPIC 4.0’ team as they take his four-dimensional cube between Los Angeles and New York, the video shows the preparation that goes into such a large scale production.

The two artists were placed alongside each other on the festival’s bill when the first wave of artists were announced in March, at the same time as it was also confirmed they would run a Mau5trap vs Pryda stage at the event.
Tomorrowland has announced its full line-up, for the event which runs in Belgium between Friday 22nd July and Sunday 24th July.
Named ‘The Elixir of Life’, Tomorrowland 2016 will land in the city of Boom for one weekend this year with 15 stages. And a slew of new artists have joined already announced headliners Deadmau5, Eric Prydz, Tiësto and Alesso.
In a massively varied line-up, the event will see Alison Wonderland, Marcel Dettmann, Jamie Jones, Adam Beyer, The Martinez Brothers and many more join the bill.

The Swedish DJ also revealed dates for his EPIC (Eric Prydz In Concert) 4.0 tour, which has garnered a reputation for its technological spectacle. The last tour reportedly featured “holograms, 3D technology, and lasers” and Prydz claims he’s upping the ante for the fourth edition.
