Enzo Siragusa and FUSE have launched a new label, LOCUS.
London's FUSE, a label, party and collective headed up by Siragusa, unveiled a new look for FUSE last year, and alongside sub-label INFUSE, now present a brand new imprint: LOCUS.
The label's first release 'Love Me ASAP', which will be released on 19th June, comes from Italian DJ and producer KOKO, and features four innovative house productions.
Enzo Siragusa will release a new EP via FUSE London later this month.
Head honcho at FUSE, Siragusa celebrated 10 years of the integral London party and label last year with a double-album project, 'Decade of Rave', alongside a run of global parties.
His latest delivery, 'The Lost Dubs', incoming on the 28th February, leans towards the DJ and producer's darker tastes, and the darkser side of production, with heavy inspiration taken from the deeper side of jungle.
The Martinez Brothers have reveal full line-up for their Cuttin’ Headz showcase at Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE), which is set to take place at Warehouse Elementenstraat on Sunday 21st October.
The New York dons will be joined by a special guest in Napoli techno selector Marco Carola, as well as tINI, Guti and more in room one. The party runs from 10PM - 8AM.
Room two is hosted by London party/label FUSE, who celebrate 10 years this year, and bring their core crew in Enzo Siragusa, Archie Hamilton, Rossko, Seb Zito and Rich Nxt.
Dave Clarke is joining forces with Belgian club Fuse to host a stage at this year’s Tomorrowland. The line-up includes techno artists and past Fuse performers Len Faki, Marcel Dettmann, Mind Against, Pan-Pot, Pierre and Downside, who are set to perform at the festival’s Cathedral stage on Sunday, 22nd July, during the first of two weekends of the festival.
Fuse has announced a series of Infuse Saturday events at London’s 93 Feet East, with the first taking place on 4th March, then 1st April and lastly 6th May.
Curated by Fuse co-founder Seb Zito, the parties will open at 1pm and close at 1am, with a hand-selected roster of talent. Each party will feature Seb Zito along with special guests of the likes of Ferro, Odd, Fabe, Jack Wickham, Joseph Williams, Javier Carballo, Mariano Mateljan, and Stuart Hawkins. Artists will play a three to four hour sets.
Koko first burst onto DJ Mag’s radar as the 18-year-old Italian turning out discerning productions of deep yet driving minimal way beyond his years, for labels including Banoffee Pies, Drumma Records and Re.Face.
Having quickly established his own brand of druggy and psychedelic tech built around luscious grooves, diving basslines, deconstructed percussion and bags of swing, we knew we had to get him in for a Fresh Kicks mix.
Starting as an after-party at East London's 93 Feet East on Sundays in 2008, FUSE has grown to become one of Europe's clubbing powerhouses. Now with regular London parties at Village Underground and a residency at Sankeys Ibiza, plus an event coming in Barcelona during Sonar, it's safe to say FUSE is one of the big boys.
