Alex Ridha, aka Boys Noize, is putting the finishing touches to his latest EP ‘Go Hard’, a racy solo six-tracker coming out on his self-named label. He recently celebrated its 100th release with remixes of BNR100 by the Chemical Brothers and Justice. And by the time you read this he’ll have performed at this summer’s Glastonbury festival — twice.

House legend Felix Da Housecat has found his way again, not that we ever thought he’d veered from the path of genius. After experiencing something close to a divine intervention, convinced that he had the devil on one shoulder and his family on the other, Felix has given up tequila. And his creative juices are in full flow again, with his latest release, the ‘Sinner Winner’ EP, sparking mayhem on the dancefloors, an exciting collaboration with dub hero Lee Scratch Perry in the bag and a new album due for release this year. Now living in London, Felix cites the UK as the place that he got his start. 
“I’ve lived here back and forth, sometimes I would stay for a year. But when I first came, England accepted me. And the vibe here back then, it’s still that vibe here now, it's not cheesy here at all.”

Joe Claussell is on the brink of an exciting project, along with Brian Bacchus — they’re all set towork on remixing the Miles Davis catalogue. It’s a task that the Body & Soul star is approaching in a typically philosophical way. “Whatever the universe puts out we will accept it,” he muses. He’ll be heading to the UK this summer to the Southport Weekender along with Francois K and Danny Krivit for a Body & Soul special. “I really love what they do, what they put together, making sure they put on the best music festival around.” Coming from a household where each room had a different soundsystem playing a different genre, Joe Claussell is well equipped to sum up his Lucky 7...
