Bassjackers have revealed via Twitter that new music is on the way this week, through an ‘80s video game-style teaser.
The end of the teaser hints that the release will be named ‘Joyride’.
Major Lazer and Showtek released their collaborative track 'Believer' back in September, and now they've crafted a music video to help raise money for charity.
Directed by Christopher Louie, the man who also gave us Netflix’s EDM movie XOXO, the video clip follows the story of a young boy's struggle to survive the Syrian conflict in Aleppo.
There's also a link to youth charity Save The Children, where fans can donate to help thousands of children in Syria who have fled from their homes.
Major Lazer’s forthcoming album, ‘Music Is The Weapon’, is slated for release in January next year through Diplo’s Mad Decent Records.
