Todd Edwards’ back catalogue is set to hit streaming services for the first time.
New Jersey-born garage legend Todd Edwards is considered one of the early UKG pioneers, championing the sound in the early '90s through his DJ sets and productions.
Now, Edwards is set to share his back catalogue on streaming services for the first time, with some of his biggest tracks — mostly never-before-released or vinyl-only records — set to hit platforms on the 7th May.
UK house music institution Defected is hosting a livestream event to raise money for the Ibiza Food Bank (IFB) charity. DJs including Danny Rampling, David Penn, Roger Sanchez and the Melon Bomb crew will be performing from various locations including the roof of Ibiza club EDEN and the famous Wild Corner in Hï Ibiza. UK garage legend DJ EZ, who has performed a handful of 24-hour sets in recent years, has teamed up with London-based house stalwarts Defected to present another all-day stream for charity.
Kicking off this Saturday 23rd January at 6PM, EZ will play the non-stop extended set at Defected's London HQ, raising money for mental health charity, MIND.

Legendary London imprint Defected Records has launched a new afro house label.
Working closely with Defected founder Simon Dunmore, the outlet will be curated by A&R Managers Sef Kombo and Louie Dunmore. The label's first release will be ‘Ezizweni’ by enigmatic champion of African house, Hyenah, featuring Durban's DJ Tira and jazz singer Luke Ntombela. A second release, 'Ancestor's Calling' by Native Tribe & TTAN's will follow on 5th March.
