Conducta’s Kiwi Rekords will release a new mix compilation on 6th March, entitled ‘The Kiwi Sound’.
The label, which won Best Breakthrough Label at last years’ DJ Mag Best Of British Awards, announced today that it will be releasing a 70-minute mix compilation, showcasing some of the most exciting sounds in UK Garage, mixed by Conducta himself.
Having enjoyed a hugely successful 2019 so far, Conducta's Kiwi Records label has now announced BK2SKL, an impending 10-date tour of the UK.
The tour will see Kiwi Records artists, friends and affiliates all coming together to play across a series of dates and showcase the label's sound as well as that of modern UKG further afield.
Since launching at the end of 2017, Reprezent Radio resident High Class Filter and Definite Party Material's Ian DPM’s Scuffed Recordings label has been going from strength to strength.
A core member of London’s mighty Reprezent Radio crew, the independent station has done much for growth as a DJ and producer, as well as linking him up with like-minded individuals who share his determination.
Idris Elba has shared a new garage track called L.U.V., featuring former All Saints member Shaznay Lewis.
The track has been released under the alias of Charlie Ayo, which is the name of Elba's character in new Netflix series 'Turn Up Charlie'. It features vocals from Lewis set alongside ad libs by Elba.
Krotone’s sound is a fiery fusion of UK bass, garage, grime and techno. Having spent the past decade becoming increasingly obsessed with the history of everything from drum & bass and hardcore to dubstep and breaks, the Leeds-based DJ has cultivated a mixing technique and production style that doesn’t so much blend his inspirations, but smashes them together in an explosive and irresistibly kinetic fashion.
Klein Zage will release her ‘Womanhood’ EP via her own Oprhan imprint on 1st March.
The Orphan. co-founder readies the label’s third release, featuring three incendiary cuts of razor sharp house and UKG rhythms. Also featured on the release are remixes from DJ Python, Local Artist and Ariel Zetina – whose track, ‘Chino’, we premiered last year.

To rescue you from the saccharine, hackneyed ballads that will no doubt be filling the airwaves today, we’ve put together a playlist of 30 loved-up club tracks to soundtrack this most polarising of days. Love it or hate it, this should provide the ideal Valentine’s Day backdrop and, hey, you might even find the perfect cut to send to your crush, if you can’t quite find the words.
