WATCH A NEW DOCUMENTARY ON FRANKIE KNUCKLES AND THE ORIGINS OF HOUSE MUSIC
A new documentary in the Unsung series which explores pioneering DJ Frankie Knuckles and the foundations of house music has been released.
Known as 'The Godfather of House', Frankie Knuckles was a key player during the development of the genre as it flourished within the gay clubs of New York City and Chicago during the 1980s.
Titled Unsung: Frankie Knuckles and The Roots of House Music, the half-hour film features interviews with many notable faces from the early days of house, including Frankie Knuckles, Farley Jackmaster Funk and Jesse Saunders.

WATCH PATRICK TOPPING DJ THE OTLEY RUN IN LEEDS
Back in September, Geordie DJ Patrick Topping teamed up with MiNT to take on infamous Leeds pub crawl, the Otley Run — or as he calls it, the Topply Run!
Hitting the road in a VW campervan with a crate of beer, a cheeky smile and a set of CDJs, Topping played four secret locations, including a fancy dress shop, a barber's and an inflatable igloo, before arriving at Mint Club for his final show.
The run took place during Freshers Week, so as you can imagine, things get a tad boozy! Check out the trip via the video below.
DEFECTED CROATIA LOCKS IN MK, EATS EVERYTHING AND MORE FOR 2017
December hasn't even arrived yet, but already Defected is primed to rule the 2017 festival season. The renowned house label has announced a huge bill for its Defected Croatia event, topped by UK dons MK and Eats Everything.
Taking over The Garden Resort, Tisno from Thursday 10th to Tuesday 15th August, Defected has recruited the likes of Dennis Ferrer, Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry, Julio Bashmore, Soul Clap, Riva Starr, Sam Divine, Joey Negro and Sonny Fodera for "six days of house hedonism".
TIËSTO REMIXES DJ SNAKE & JUSTIN BIEBER'S 'LET ME LOVE YOU'
Dutch trance/EDM star Tiësto has remixed DJ Snake & Justin Bieber's recent track 'Let Me Love You', but the result is not what you might expect!
Taking a deeper route than usual, but still with a bouncy bassline, Tiësto's 'Aftr:Hrs Mix' is as straight up club house as they come.

DILLON FRANCIS ANNOUNCES FIRST HEADLINE SHOW AS DJ HANZEL
Dillon Francis has announced his "underground" alias DJ Hanzel will headline Exchange LA on Thursday 22nd December.
The 'One Deeper' show will be Francis' first solo headline performance under the alias, which sees him swap out his big room house and EDM for a less erractic bass house vibe.
Hanzel usually appears as a hilariously pretentious European character created by Francis on his YouTube channel.
