Andy C has just announced the latest solo show in his 'Andy C All Night' series — the O2 Academy in Brixton, London on October 31st.
The show follows his sold out gig at Brixton Electric earlier this year, and is his biggest London show to date. He'll be the first drum & bass DJ to sell out Brixton Academy playing a DJ set all night long.
“When you’re drum & bass, you really are — you get it, and there’s nothing else like it. You can’t get assimilated into 4/4, your tempo doesn’t fit in with other genres — it is what it is, and the uniqueness of it is why it’s still around. That’s a big contributing factor in its longevity.”
Ram Records head honcho Andy C is set to play this year's Nozstock: The Hidden Valley Festival this summer.

Andy C and his Ram Records crew are taking over the dance stage at the Sundown festival in Norfolk in the east of England this August. Defected Records take over the dance arena on the Saturday, and there are a number of other dance artists scheduled to play the main stage.
Outlook, the festival in Croatia now in its seventh year, has just added Ms Lauryn Hill to an already ballooning bill. The former Fugees singer will play the special live amphitheatre opening concert with support from Submotion Orchestra, Fatima and Andrew Ashong.
