KORG GADGET COMING TO MAC OS

Korg Gadget now for Desktop MAC OS

Korg are bringing its popular Gadget App to MAC OS.

The desktop version will feature the same collection of instruments that can be found in the app and no doubt more will be on offer in the future.

New features include two new “gadgets” that will let users record audio into the software, a feature not available on the iOS version, plus a new drum machine featuring sixteen performance pads.

Good news for existing iOS app users is that the two versions will play nicely together, meaning that producers can seamlessly swap between versions whilst working on their tracks, perfect for on the road and mobile production.

Gadget is a great app especially for electronic and dance music producers, the desktop version will only strengthen Korg’s position further in the app areana, and may even be a threat to already established DAWS on the market.

As if that wasn't enough, Gadget OS will be Ableton Link enabled for easy synchronisation with the rest of your Link-enabled set-up.
