Whether it be Sven Väth’s dramatic techno voyages, Cream’s euphoria propelled roller-coasters or Made In Italy’s flamboyant carnivals, a trip to Amnesia is always burnt deeply into the memory.

A club grained in history, it is here where Rampling, Oakenfold, et al, got lost in Alfredo’s Balearic bliss, and whilst the covered terrace doesn’t offer the same outdoor freedom it once did, its verdant plumage still transports you to a uniquely Ibizan wonderland.

For most though, it’s all about the epic energy of the main room.

“Being the focal points for so many clubbers, the DJ booth is just perfectly situated for interactive DJs,” relays Cream resident Eddie Halliwell. “Combine that with its infamous LED display and ice cannon and you’ve got one of the atmospheres that can’t be matched.”
