Downstairs from the legendary Panorama Bar sits the mighty Berghain, a dark industrial space where innovative, heads down beats rule supreme. Bpitch Control signing and club resident Ben Klock feels right at home there.
“It’s an amazing venue,” he says. “ I just love the architecture and the Funktion One soundsystem — it's as techno should sound. To play there is letting it go, letting it flow and the people there really appreciate the music. It's my second living room.”
But there’s nothing couch and slippers about this place — a club for serious techno heads. the likes of Adam Beyer, Renato Cohen and Len Faki have all rocked it of late.
