Pacha New York
7

Weighing in at four decadent 'n' debauched floors and spread out over 30,000 square feet, the labyrinth mansion of Pacha New York gave the Big Apple a much needed shot in the arm when it opened in December 2005. As you'd expect from any venue that comes stamped with Pacha's iconic two cherries, style is at the forefront of the priorities but music is never far from the agenda. So while you can spend time reclining in the warm ambience of the Shower and Mirror lounges, the real action is to be found in the epic 2,000-capacity main room, which comes wrapped in encircling balconies and dotted with mirror balls. When it goes off, it's like no other room in the city. And it does just about every week thanks to names like Loco Dice, Mark Knight, David Guetta, Dubfire and Danny Tenaglia - all of whom are favourites at the venue.
