"It's my 20th anniversary in the industry," says Dave Seamen of a career that started back before the original Summer of Love. "I thought my days in the Top 100 were numbered!"
Not, it would seem, in a year that has seen him embark on a world tour taking in Europe, Asia, Australia and North and South America. And maturity has its perks; the air miles collected from years of travelling meant that both his young sons were in tow this time.

"I've just been playing the best stuff around, which is what I've always done," says Dave of a consistent music policy that's showcased on forthcoming compilation, 'Therapy 4'. Set across two CDs, it ranges from ambient and Balearic through to minimal and techno, refusing to fit into any easily defined sound.
"I've been working quite a bit on the label too," he adds, despite taking a production break of his own while a new studio is built. "I think it's going to be highlighted on the autumn/winter sampler, which comes out in November. It's a blinder. And there's a procession of great singles to follow."
