Unless you've been buried in a K-hole for the last year or so chances are you will know that 2007 has been a big year for this multi-talented DJ/producer/remixer. Having reached the heady heights of No. 6 in the UK singles charts with his summer bomb 'I Found U' (as well as notching up remixes for the likes of Bob Sinclar and Madonna), he has successfully managed to bridge the divide between underground and overground, consequently securing his place within the current crop of dance music royalty.

With an ever-growing legion of fans, including the likes of Judge Jules, Roger Sanchez, Erick Morillo, Pete Tong and Annie Mac, Axwell has also been busy spreading the good word, enlisting a whole new legion of fans with a hectic DJ schedule that has seen him touch down in nearly every continent of the world, including a Summadayze tour of Australia; Cream, Amnesia and Pacha in Ibiza; Fabrique in Moscow; countless gigs in South Africa and, of course, his Swedish House Mafia night at Miami WMC (which he hosts alongside fellow countrymen Stonebridge, Eric Prydz and Steve Angello).
With the hype on his current single building nicely, you could say 2007 has been quite a year for this Swedish wunderkind.
