Fedde Le Grand
| NEW ENTRY

Like most apparently overnight successes, Fedde Le Grand has in fact paid his dues, putting in years as a DJ around his native Holland - where his Sneakerz parties are legendary - as well as Germany and Belgium.

But it was his unavoidable 'Put Your Hands Up For Detroit' track that turned him into a name of global proportions, cleaning up last summer in Ibiza before zooming to the UK's No.1 slot in November 2006.
Eminem's mighty D12 crew were so impressed they even penned a vocal version, but Fedde quickly proved he had more tricks up his sleeve, as his remix of Camille Jones' 'The Creeps' followed 'Detroit...' into the UK's Top 10.

Currently working on his debut album - "I'm about half way through" - on his trusty laptop as he jets from country to country (he's been to China, America and across Europe this year), it surely won't be long before we hear more from the Motor City's biggest fan.
