A basic design - red painted walls and a square-shaped dancefloor - a Funktion One soundsystem and appearances from some of the most revered names of the underground over the years - the likes of Laurent Garnier, Sven Väth, Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Chris Liebing, Guy Gerber, Ellen Allien and Carl Craig - has been enough for this medium-sized rave den to score a place in this year's poll. Goes to show simplicity can work, if the tunes are right.
