LOCATED in a renovated 1930s warehouse in São Paulo's industrial Barra Funda district, this up-and-coming club offers a hip alternative to underground stalwart D-Edge. From its Tuesday night hip-hop party Chocolate to the mishmash electronics of Saturday night's ¡Fuego! or its flagship weekly rave Circuito, this club really is a culture clash.

Even though Clash only opened its doors two years ago, the club has already embraced various music styles, tracking dancefloor-friendly electronics of all varieties, electro-pop goodness and even stuff on the punkier side of the musical spectrum. Laurent Garnier, Umek, Vitalic, Tittsworth, Dave Clarke, Afrika Bambaataa, Battles and Eagles Of Death Metal have all rocked Clash recently.
